Menu Standards
One menu system. Built to be easy to execute.
Booked Catering orders come with a standardized menu, so there's no menu development, quoting, or guessing what the client expects. The food is familiar, commercially practical, and designed for kitchens that already know how to execute at volume.
Your kitchen stays your kitchen. Our menu only applies to Booked Catering orders you choose to accept.

Why we standardize
Less figuring it out. More getting it done.
Standardization lets Booked Catering handle more of the work before an order ever reaches your kitchen.
The order arrives complete
Menu, guest count, quantities, timing, service requirements, location, and your payout are defined before you accept.
Familiar food
Our menus are built around recognizable catering dishes and accessible ingredients — not highly specialized cuisine.
Predictable production
Clear portions and standards make purchasing, prep, cooking, packing, and staffing easier to plan.
Consistency wins repeat business
Customers should receive a dependable Booked Catering experience regardless of which qualified partner fulfills the order.
Familiar food. Clear standards. Predictable production.

What you'll cook
Nothing exotic. Just catering that works.
We've built the Booked Catering menu around dishes commercial kitchens can execute reliably at volume — the kinds of food already common at corporate lunches, weddings, meetings, celebrations, and catered events.
An order might look like this

No proposal to write. No custom menu to invent. You know what you're producing before you say yes.
We help you execute
You don't have to figure it out alone.
For dishes or standards that are new to your team, Booked Catering can provide the information you need to get up to speed quickly.
Recipes & preparation
Standard recipes and preparation guidance when needed.
Portion standards
Clear quantities and portion expectations so your team knows how much to produce.
Ingredient sourcing
Ingredient specifications and guidance on where to source products when helpful.
Pack-out & presentation
Clear expectations for packaging, presentation, and how the order should leave your kitchen.
The goal isn't to teach experienced kitchens how to cook. It's to make sure everyone knows exactly what a Booked Catering order is supposed to be.
We choose what sells. We standardize how it's produced. You decide which orders are worth taking.
Built in the real world
Tested at real catering events.
Our menu isn't being designed in a conference room and handed to partners to figure out. The food choices, portions, service formats, and production standards are informed by what actually works in real catering environments.

We prioritize food that:
Holds well
Designed for the realities of catering service.
Scales efficiently
Practical to produce for groups rather than individual restaurant tickets.
Travels reliably
Selected with delivery and event service in mind.
Uses accessible ingredients
Built around products commercial kitchens can reasonably source.
Works across many events
Appropriate for offices, weddings, celebrations, meetings, and other catered occasions.
Guests actually want to eat
Familiar, broadly appealing food instead of unnecessary complexity.
We've already done much of the trial and error so our partners don't have to.
Your business stays yours
Booked orders don't replace your menu.
Keep serving your existing customers exactly the way you do today. Your restaurant menu, catering menu, brand, pricing, customers, and existing business remain yours. When you choose to accept a Booked Catering order, you simply produce the Booked menu specified for that event.
Your business
- Your menu
- Your customers
- Your pricing
- Your brand
- Your existing operation
Booked Catering
- Our standardized menu
- Customers we bring
- Orders already booked
- Defined requirements
- Known payout
Booked Catering is an additional revenue channel — not a replacement for your existing business.
You still choose the order
See the menu before you say yes.
You aren't agreeing to blindly produce whatever comes through the platform. Before accepting an opportunity, you can review the event, menu, guest count, timing, service requirements, location, and what you'll earn. If the order doesn't work for your operation, you can pass.
Review it
See exactly what the order requires.
Decide
Determine whether it fits your kitchen.
Accept & produce
Once accepted, follow the Booked Catering standards for that order.
What we expect
Consistency matters.
Booked Catering customers are purchasing a defined experience. When you accept an order, we rely on your team to produce it according to the specifications provided.
- Follow the specified menu
- Follow portion and quantity standards
- Use approved ingredients or substitutions where required
- Follow applicable packaging and presentation standards
- Meet the required delivery or service time
- Communicate immediately if something affects your ability to execute the order
If an ingredient becomes unavailable or something unexpected happens, contact Booked Catering rather than making a significant substitution that changes the customer's order.
Who this works for
If you can follow a spec, you can probably execute Booked.
You don't need to specialize in every Booked Catering menu item before applying. We're looking for licensed commercial kitchens with reliable operations and the ability to produce consistent food at volume.
If that sounds like your operation, we'll help you understand the Booked Catering menu and standards during onboarding.
