  • service styles;

Where possible, sensitive payment information may be collected directly by our payment-processing provider rather than stored directly by Booked Catering.

  • service area;
  • kitchen capacity;
  • availability;
  • guest capacity;
  • staffing;
  • service type;
  • compliance status; and
  • Partner performance

to determine which catering opportunities may be appropriate for a Partner.

Communicate With You

We may communicate about:

  • new catering opportunities;
  • order deadlines;
  • revisions;
  • accepted orders;
  • payments;
  • compliance documents;
  • account security;
  • application status;
  • support; and
  • important changes to our services.

Improve Booked Catering

  • understand Partner needs;

Instructions for stopping applicable SMS messages will be provided where required.

Disabling certain communications may make it more difficult to receive time-sensitive order information.

We may continue sending communications that are necessary for account security, legal compliance, or administration of an active order where permitted by law.

Partners may review or update many categories of information through the Partner portal, including:

  • contact information;
  • business information;
  • notification preferences;
  • service area;
  • capabilities;
  • availability; and
  • other profile details.

Certain historical order, payment, compliance, or transaction records may not be editable where Booked Catering must preserve an accurate business record.
